Griffin Technology has just released a new case for the iPhone 4 and the iPod Touch 4th generation. It’s called the Survivor case and it has been tested to meet or exceed the US Department of Defense Standard. It features a shatter-proof polycarbonate frame wrapped in shock-absorbing silicone, a built-in screen protector, and hinged plugs to seal the Dock Connector, headphone port, hold switch, ring/silent switch and volume controls, and camera. Lastly, it has a belt clip that doubles as a stand.
It’s built to withstand any condition and has been tested very well so there’s not much (maybe nothing) you can do it break it. The Survivor case is available in black, olive, black and pink, and white and black. The case for the iPhone 4 sells for $49.99 and the case for the iPod Touch 4th generation is $39.99 on the Griffin website.
